LiveTech.AI at Digital Bridge 2025: Rethinking AI’s Role in Education

During the Digital Bridge 2025 conference in Kazakhstan, we had the honor to participate in discussions where leading experts, educators, and policymakers gathered to explore AI and the Future of Learning.
Our founder, Younes Bensouda Mourri, joined the panel to share insights on why AI in education often struggles to deliver real impact and how thoughtful design and collaboration can make a lasting difference.

Why AI Often Misses the Mark in Education

In his talk, Younes outlined three main reasons why many AI initiatives in education fail to create lasting change:

  • Lack of localization: AI tools often overlook the importance of aligning with local curricula and languages, which limits their relevance.
  • Neglecting analytics: Without strong data insights, educators and ministries can’t measure progress or make informed decisions.
  • Ignoring scalability: Many large-scale rollouts underestimate cost and sustainability, creating barriers for long-term adoption.

He emphasized that these are not technical issues, they are design challenges. Building meaningful AI solutions starts with understanding educators needs and students realities.

A Shared Vision for the Future

The session at Vision Hall highlighted a shared commitment among Kazakhstan’s education leaders to make AI practical and inclusive. Discussions focused on how ministries can deploy AI responsibly combining data transparency, teacher empowerment, and cost-effective implementation.

For LiveTech.AI, participation in Digital Bridge 2025 reinforced the importance of designing AI with educators and not just for them.
We look forward to continued collaboration with ministries and institutions to make education systems more adaptive, data-driven, and sustainable.
